The Invisible Memory


Among the ruins within my head
lies a cabin without a door
Acquainted by a lifeless body
that’s been lying on the floor
Waiting to be disappeared
but cannot be forgotten
Waiting for an end
but there’s no coffin
And the false illusions continue
to tie those hands in chains
Ignoring those listless eyes
that want nothing to regain
Deaf by the words once said
and their tormented sweetness
Blind by the scenes once played
and all their precious secrets
And confined behind those walls
are the remains of unheard cries
Hidden from afar,
among unanswered why’s
